This is one of my favorite lines ever. It could probably be my motto. Am I the only person who thinks happiness is the only way and that nothing else should matter? I don't believe in money, jobs, anything! I just believe in my own fantasy world where I live in a big flowery field just frolicking and dancing around all day and being the happiest I could be. I will stay in this world for the rest of my life and I will never change for anyone. Happiness is key!

even thoguh it's great that you choose to see life as happy and carfree and full of hapiness and dancing in fields i'm sorry but no matter how much you want to think that way forever i just don't think that's going to happen. you are a year away from graduating, and befor you know it you'll be in college and entering the real world, and no matter how much you want to stay in your world i doubt that it'll be possible if you really wanna do something with your life.
Happiness is key, that's very true. However, the society we live in today might hinder such an admirable outlook. I'm not going to say, you can't be happy all the time. But, perhaps you can try, "optimism" is key. No one is always happy, as much as people will wear their masks and call it a day. Maria's basic argument is true, the real world won't let you live in a custom made fantasy. That's how you'll be taken advantage of.
